trauma-informed, emotionally focused and relational psychotherapy

telehealth in California, New York, florida, virginia & Michigan

I specialize in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), attachment-based therapy, and somatic therapy, helping individuals navigate trauma, anxiety disorders, addiction, and the relationship patterns that often keep them feeling stuck.

Individual therapy is about more than symptom relief. It is an opportunity to better understand yourself, heal the experiences that have shaped you, and develop new ways of relating to yourself, others, and the world around you.

My approach is experiential, attachment-based, and trauma-informed. Together, we'll move beyond simply talking about your experiences to exploring your emotions, your nervous system, and the patterns that influence how you connect, cope, and respond under stress. This deeper work helps create meaningful and lasting change.

At the heart of therapy is the therapeutic relationship. I strive to create a collaborative, emotionally attuned, and respectful environment where you feel safe to explore difficult experiences, deepen self-understanding, and move toward the life and relationships you want to create.

specialized Trauma Recovery

As a trauma specialist, I work with a range of trauma issues including complex trauma, attachment wounds and post-traumatic stress disorder. My specialty trauma training is through the Somatic Experiencing Institute (SETI). My trauma work is comprehensive and focuses on healing the nervous system, improving resilience, and integrating mind, body, and emotions.

therapy for professionals, leaders and workplace stress

Work plays a significant role in our emotional well-being, relationships, and sense of identity. Whether you're navigating burnout, leadership challenges, occupational stress, or the demands of a high-pressure career, therapy can provide a space to step out of survival mode and reconnect with yourself.

Through my work as a dedicated Employee Assistance Program (EAP) therapist and my experience supporting professionals across healthcare, technology, education, business, and leadership, I have extensive experience helping individuals navigate workplace stress while strengthening emotional resilience, communication, decision-making, and relationships.

Truly holistic care

I have guided clients from crisis stabilization to recovery and thriving. For eight years, I functioned as part of an integrated care team, working in settings such as psychiatric outpatient clinics, residential/acute care, and intensive outpatient programs creating a deep understanding of the multiple dimensions that are often involved to improve mental health. I use this experience to effectively collaborate on a holistic treatment plan for my clients. It is common for my work to include collaboration with dietitians, psychiatrists and other physicians, naturopaths, coaches, testing psychologists and other wellness professionals.

Typically, individual sessions are held on a weekly basis but can vary on frequency based on an individual's treatment plan. I will discuss session frequency during your first visit.
