Events and Experiences

Some of our most important work happens in the company of others.

Around tables, in community, and through conversations that invite us to slow down, notice, and connect.

PSYCHOLOGY OUTSIDE THE THERAPY ROOM

I love helping people connect more deeply with themselves and each other.

Some of the most meaningful conversations about who we are and how we relate don’t happen in therapy. They happen around dinner tables, on retreats, in movement and wellness spaces, at work, and in community.

I partner with brands, communities, and organizations to bring emotional insigh into those spaces in ways that feel engaging, social, and genuinely useful.

How we can work together

INTIMATE DINNERS & GATHERINGS

Guided conversations that take a beautiful dinner or gathering beyond small talk. Themes might explore friendship, dating, identity, emotional health, relationships, or what helps us feel genuinely connected.

WELLNESS & COMMUNITY EVENTS

Interactive conversations about the things we're actually navigating: body image, stress, nervous-system regulation, adult friendship, dating and relationships, boundaries, emotional health, and connection.

RETREATS

A psychological and relational layer within an existing retreat: guided conversations, reflection, education, and group experiences designed around the retreat's purpose and community.

BRAND & COMMUNITY COLLABORATIONS

Custom concepts developed with wellness brands, fitness communities, hospitality groups, membership communities, and other organizations.

My Background

I’m a doctoral-level psychotherapist, educator, and group facilitator with expertise in emotional health, relationships, and the nervous system. My work explores the patterns that shape how we respond to stress, relate to ourselves, and connect with others, then brings that understanding into real life. I translate psychological insight into conversations and experiences people can actually use, whether around a dinner table, on a retreat, at work, or in community.
