Meghan Malloy, M.A.

Associate marriage and family therapist

Hi there, I am glad you found me. I’m Meghan (she/her) and I work with couples and families who are looking to improve their relationships and individuals who want to work through challenges and find more meaning and joy in their lives

My areas of specialization include navigating divorce and co-parenting, supporting neurodivergent folks, helping individuals cope with disability, affirming and supporting LGBTQ+ identities, and helping individuals manage symptoms of depression and anxiety. Much of my work also centers around unpacking racial trauma, healing from religious trauma, and helping families navigate academic challenges.

My approach is rooted in emotionally focused therapy (EFT), which honors emotions as important signals worthy of attention. In therapy, I approach emotional reactions with curiosity, compassion, and care. The process of healing occurs when emotions can be experienced, felt, and processed.

"Treatment is not just fixing what is broken; it is nurturing what is best" (Seligman & Csikszentmihalyi, 2000)
