Jennie Dopf, M.A.

Associate marriage and family therapist

Hi there! I’m Jennie (she/her). and I provide holistic psychotherapy for young adults and adolescents. My priority is creating a space where you feel safe and understood, so together we can get to the root of your challenges and find your authentic path forward.

My personal style is warm and affirming, with genuine curiosity about the identities and experiences that have shaped you. Using a mind-body approach, I work alongside you to better understand your beliefs, patterns, and experiences—and to help you translate this understanding into change you can feel in your everyday life.

I believe therapy is most helpful when there is a genuine bond between client and therapist. I am intentional about creating meaningful relationships with my clients, and hope that with me you feel seen and valued.

I enjoy working with self-esteem, life transitions, relationship issues, anxiety, depression, LGBTQ+ issues, grief/loss and racial identity. I also offer support to children of narcissistic parents.
