45-50 MINUTE SESSIONS

Individual psychotherapy is often focused on helping clients explore, in depth, issues they would like to overcome in a supportive environment. Individual therapy is an active process that can be immensely rewarding and almost anyone can benefit from attending.

Clients decide to see me for reasons ranging from personal growth to needing help managing anxiety and depression or more severe psychological issues. I can be especially helpful in exploring family of origin issues, addressing trauma and addiction, and in helping clients learn how to have healthy and satisfying relationships.

Typically, individual sessions are held on a weekly basis but can vary on frequency based on an individual's treatment plan. I will discuss session frequency during your first visit.
